Old School House Road - Tree Work

April 24th & April 25th, 2023 - Tree work and removal is anticipated to occur on Old School House Road by Franklin Township.  This work is being done  in preparation of road profiling, stormwater management work, milling and paving.  Please review the approximate locations on the map below.

During the summer months, when school is not in session, Franklin Township will be performing the major stormwater management work, road profiling, milling and paving of Old School House Road.   

Work is weather dependent and is subject to change.  As time draws closer, we will post approximate start and stop times, each day for the tree work.  Please check back to our website often for updates.  During these periods of work, thru - traffic on this road will be delayed and during the summer months, detoured when the paving takes place.  We are using the Franklin Township website and the Franklin Township Facebook Page to keep our residents and the public as up to date as we can.  We will always inform Chester County Emergency Services, the State Police & Medic 94.  Please be patient with us and forward this information to anyone you know who travels Old School House Road.
