Trooper Carter - Avondale State Police Barracks

My name is Michael Carter and I have been with the Pennsylvania State Police for five years. I was assigned to the patrol section but just recently took the position as an alternate Community Service Officer.

My goal as a Community Service Officer is to maintain a good connection between the community and the Pennsylvania State Police, Avondale Station. I will be participating in current and upcoming events for schools and other community organizations as well as creating new events. I believe it is also important to keep up with and provide the community with information regarding events going on in their communities.
