MS4 Inspections - LTL Consultants - Franklin Township Municipal Engineer

LTL Consultants is Franklin Township’s Municipal Engineer, and their Staff will be performing required MS4 Program Outfall Screenings over the next few weeks, as mandated by Pennsylvania DEP with a goal of finishing by mid-May. LTL Staff will be wearing PPE and ID badges while performing screenings.  Some screenings require access through private property.  LTL Staff will ‘knock on doors’ where possible to inform an owner of their presence.
