White Clay Creek Fest - May 1st

Launching May 1, 2021

White Clay Creek Fest

Creek Fest celebrates the many ways to enjoy and protect the White Clay Creek, a National Wild & Scenic River. Our goal is to raise awareness of the drinking water, scenic, recreational, historical, and natural resource values of the White Clay Creek through various activities and exhibits. We hope to inform residents in and around the watershed on ways to protect, improve, and promote these values.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are hosting our 2021 Creek Fest celebration virtually during the entire month of May. In place of our live event, we put together a virtual watershed tour. We hope you adventure out on your own time to visit some of the highlighted activities!

Complete two highlighted watershed activities or hikes of your choosing before the end of May (2021), take a photo of yourself to document it, fill out the online activity form for the activity or hike you complete and upload your photos. At the end of May, you will be contacted with a date and time to pick up your free water bottle commemorating Creek Fest courtesy of SUEZ at the White Clay Creek State Park Nature Center.

We hope to see you back at our in-person White Clay Creek Fest on the First Saturday in May 2022
