Hess Mill Road & Bridge is NOW OPEN

The Franklin Township Board of Supervisors & Staff is happy to announce that Hess Mill Road & Bridge is now open. The guide rail work was completed today. The Township has alerted the Avon Grove School District, the State Police, and our Emergency Management Coordinator to the opening.
