The FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 908 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Franklin Township Building, 20 Municipal Lane, Kemblesville, Pa 19347 to consider the following:

THE APPEAL OF THE REVOCABLE TRUST OF JONATHAN RUWANE STAHL AND DAWN MICHELE STAHL.  Applicants are the owners of property located at 552 Chesterville Road, known as Tax Parcel No. 72-5-32.1G.  The property is located in the LDR Low Density Residential District.  The Applicants are requesting the following relief from the Zoning Ordinance: a variance from Section 27-1408.1.F to permit a driveway with a slope gradient of 12.5% where 10% is permitted; a variance from Section 27-1407.1.A to permit more than 30% of a moderately steep sloped area to be disturbed; a variance from Section 1407.2.A to permit more than 15% of a severely steep sloped area to be disturbed; a special exception under Section 1407.2.C.7 to permit accessory residential uses and structures, a residential driveway and parking area, to be located within a severely steep sloped area; and any other zoning relief necessary to permit the proposed single family dwelling use on the Property.

The Board may also consider such other matters as properly come before it.
