Municipal Engineering Services
Franklin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania
Franklin Township is seeking proposals from firms to provide Engineering services for Franklin Township, in accordance with the Request for Proposal located at the Franklin Township Website - https://www.franklintownship.us/Bids. Those firms must have a minimum of five (5) years municipal engineering experience. Three (3) copies of the SOQ and requested material should be addressed to Jeff Eastburn, Township Operations Manager, Franklin Township, P.O. Box 118, Kemblesville, PA 19347. One (1) copy of the SOQ and requested material shall be submitted in an electronic format as a PDF file via email to jeastburn@franklintownship.us. Proposals must be received via mail or delivery, no later than 3:00 PM, Monday, November 28, 2022. Envelopes must be sealed and marked “Township Engineer Proposal – 2023”. Those firms interested in providing a proposal are responsible for checking the Franklin Township Website for any addenda which may be issued.
