Deaths of Pennsylvania State Police Troopers Mack & Sisca

Pennsylvania Sate Police Commissioner Robert Evanchick confirmed on March 21, 2022 that Trooper Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Trooper Branden T. Sisca, 29, were struck and killed by a driver that morning on I-95 south near milepost 18, Philadelphia County. They were responding to a male pedestrian on the highway, who was also struck and killed.
