PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will hold a public hearing in accordance with Zoning Code Section 27, subsection 1713 2.B. Pool Setback, on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. via Franklin Township Zoom meeting to consider the following:

 

MARC DOUGHERTY and MEGHAN DOUGHERTY, Applicants, are the owners of property located at 127 Leopold Court, Franklin Township, known as Tax Parcel No. 72-3-24.9. The property is located in the AR Zoning District. The Applicants are requesting the following relief in the form of Variances from the listed sections of the Franklin Township Codified Ordinances:

 

1. Zoning Code Section 27, Subsection 1713 2.B., Pool Setback

 

The Board may also consider such other matters as properly come before it. All who wish may participate and be heard.
