No thru traffic will be permitted on Hess Mill Road from South Guernsey Road to Beechwood Drive / Oaktree Drive. Please see the attached map for exact locations.
For those residents who live on Beechwood, Oaktree, (Hess Mill Development) and at 128, 132 & 133 Hess Mill Road; as well as all properties west of the Hess Mill Development will need to access their properties through the New London Road (896) side of Hess Mill Road. The resident who lives at 121 Hess Mill Road should access their property through the Chesterville side of Hess Mill Road. We will work with the Post office, trash trucks and delivery people. Unfortunately, people will be inconvenienced from a few moments to approximately 10 minutes if equipment needs to be moved. Please build extra time into your schedules if you have an important appointment.
Construction is anticipated to start at 7:00 AM each weekday morning and end at 4:00 PM. We will have steel plates onsite so emergency vehicles can travel on this section of Hess Mill Road if needed. At least one lane of traffic will be open after construction hours.
