Monitoring to Assure the Maintenance of Individual Systems

Property owners maintain ownership of their individual on-lot disposal system and are responsible or the operation and functioning of their system.  However, this needs to be done within Township guidelines:

The Township requires that individual OLDS be pumped out at least once every three years, as well as proof that this maintenance was performed.

As part of the monitoring process, each owner of an OLDS is responsible for providing proof to the township that their system is being pumped out at least once every 3 years.
